WOODEN CORE REINFORCEMENT
Recycled by crushing.

EPS
Recycled by crushing + low-temperature melting.

PE FOAM COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Crosslinked polyethylene foam composite material by Electron ray. The recycling process uses the physical technology of crushing + low-temperature melting + extrusion.

GRAPHIC FILM MATERIAL
Made by special multiple layer technology that does not come in direct contact with the human skin and ocean environment. The recycling process uses physical technology such as crushing + low temperature melting + extrusion.

RECYCLING BY {ENERGY-INTENSIVE} MEANS, WHICH CREATES HIGHER CARBON EMISSIONS IN THE PROCESS.

FIBERGLASS MATERIALS
Need to be recycled and regenerated with thermoset plastics and resins by mixing + stirring + extruding + heating + cutting.

CARBON FIBER MATERIALS
Need to be thermally decomposed and recycled in a high-temperature oven with a temperature of approximately 500°C or in a microwave oven.

POLYESTER RESIN
Chemical recycling technology is used to break down polyester using a chain uncoupling agent and resynthesize it into different types of materials.

EPOXY RESIN
Thermoset composite waste is difficult to process, and there are three main ways to process, namely landfilling, thermal cracking (combustion method) and chemical method.

RECYCLING

RECYCLING IN A LOW-COST MODE TO ACHIEVE AN ECOLOGICAL CIRCULAR ECONOMY.
DUE TO THE HIGH COSTS AND IMMATURITY OF SOME RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES, IT IS CURRENTLY DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE AN ECOLOGICAL CIRCULAR ECONOMY.
